By using the services of Santa Ana Porta Potty Rental | LooMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Santa Ana Porta Potty Rental | LooMaster provides portable restroom rental services for events, construction sites, and other occasions. We deliver, maintain, and pick up portable restroom units as specified in your rental agreement.
Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled pickup date. Customer is responsible for providing clear access to delivery and pickup locations. Units must remain in their original placement location unless otherwise arranged. Minimum rental period is one day.
Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Customer must ensure units are used only for their intended purpose. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges. Customer is responsible for securing units from theft or vandalism. Do not move units without authorization.
Santa Ana Porta Potty Rental | LooMaster’s liability is limited to the rental fee paid. Customer assumes responsibility for any injuries or damages occurring in connection with unit usage. We are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or acts of nature.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid charges. Emergency cancellations may be subject to fees.
